The Bottlescapes paintings began with a painting I did of hand-blown glass bottles in a store window in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. The painting was so popular that I was motivated to buy my own hand-blown bottles from Tonala, Jalisco. After painting them set-up in my house, looking in 3 view directions (North, East and West), I took the bottles out to various locations around Puerto Vallarta.
